Nice mobile home park outside of town. Country living, small community. But don't get your hopes up. You can't enjoy sitting by your own fire pit with the kids, roasting hotdogs and marshmallows, planting memories. Not allowed at this country mobile home park. Real bummer! And trash IS NOT included with lot rent, besides that, pretty nice place to live. My friend like it here. No landlord up your butt.
Not bad, but if you're selling a trailer for $99 cash, don't charge someone $700 just to move into it.

These people are very strange and FULL of Drama and Mind Games. Do Not whatsoever trust or recommend any of your family or friends, or if you are surviving on Social Security Disability never come to this place . Looked at 2 homes, very ran down, but was willing to fix one up for them and live there, then work on helping others fix up their homes to look nice and get more tenants, which means more money coming in to the owners that are in Wisconsin, not even in Indiana. Offered $25 for the application, plus deposit money to hold the place over and over. Was told no worries, I got it. Then pay the app money order and deposit when they contact me. That night I was told someone else is bringing in the app money order next week and i lost the home. Talked with Jade, her boyfriend Dan, and Kathy the owner in Wisconsin. They all give you the run around and drama. Then got a disturbing mean phone call from Kathy's husband. He said make an appointment to had the money in. So moved on from this big game of drama and psycho babble of nonsense. Do not trust them , or have your children out there. This IS a scam. Highly Recommend, looking elsewhere.
